§ 6-606. State Board revenues.
 

(a)  Revenue.- The General Assembly intends that the revenues of the State Board be sufficient to meet its costs, including reasonably apportioned Department overhead. 

(b)  Responsibility of Secretary.- The Secretary shall: 

(1) monitor the fees and other revenue of the State Board for compliance with the intent of this section; and 

(2) recommend adjustments, if necessary.
