§ 6-204. Quorum; meetings; compensation; staff.
 

(a)  Quorum.- A majority of the authorized membership of the State Board is a quorum. 

(b)  Meetings.-  

(1) The State Board shall meet at least once a month, at the times that it determines, in the office of the State Board. 

(2) The State Board may hold special meetings as necessary. 

(c)  Compensation and reimbursement for expenses.- Subject to the State budget, each member of the State Board is entitled to: 

(1) an annual salary of $3,600; and 

(2) reimbursement for reasonable expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations. 

(d)  Staff.- The State Board may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.
