§ 4-129. Injunctions; proceedings to be in name of State.
(a) Jurisdiction to grant injunction.- The circuit court of any county has jurisdiction to grant injunctive relief to enforce this subtitle or restrain violations of this subtitle.
(b) Proceeding to be in name of State.- Any proceeding to enforce this subtitle or restrain violations of this subtitle shall be by and in the name of the State.
