Section 3-114 - Prosecutions by State's Attorney.

§ 3-114. Prosecutions by State's Attorney.
  

The State's Attorney of the appropriate county shall prosecute any person accused of violating the provisions of this subtitle and shall defend in every appeal from an appraisement.
