§20007. Agency cooperation
State agencies shall cooperate fully with the office and council in carrying out this chapter. A state agency may not develop, establish, conduct or administer any alcohol or drug abuse prevention or treatment program without the approval of the office. The office may request personnel, facilities and data from other agencies as the director finds necessary to fulfill the purposes of this Act. [1989, c. 934, Pt. A, §3 (NEW).]
