217B.580 Disposition of fees. All fees collected by the department from structural pest control operators for licensing <br>and examinations shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of a revolving fund <br>for the use of the department in enforcing the provisions of KRS 217B.515 to 217B.585 <br>and for the expense of carrying out the duties and functions of the Pest Control Advisory <br>Board.
