217.690 Regulations. The secretary shall adopt rules and regulations for the proper administration and <br>enforcement of KRS 217.650 to 217.710. The secretary may in his discretion adopt tests <br>and standards for determination of toxic, poisonous, corrosive, irritant, flammable, and <br>radioactive properties of any hazardous substance.
