216B.130 Expenditure minimums or limits to be adjusted annually.

Any other provisions of this chapter notwithstanding, any expenditure minimum or limit <br>as provided in this chapter shall be adjusted for each twelve (12) month period beginning <br>twelve (12) months after July 15, 1994, to reflect the changes in the preceding twelve (12) <br>month period in a cost index designated by regulation for the purposes of making the <br>adjustment.
