216B.055 Notice of decisions and orders of cabinet.

Notice of decisions and orders made by the cabinet under the provisions of this chapter <br>shall be made by certified mail addressed to the last known address on file with the <br>cabinet, or by personal service. The notice shall be mailed or personal service shall be <br>obtained no later than fifteen (15) working days after the decision or order. Notice shall <br>be complete and effective upon mailing.
