(1) The State Board of Medical Licensure shall have sole jurisdiction regarding any complaint relating to the medical supervision of an ambulance service or ambulance <br>service personnel against a physician performing in the role of medical director for <br>an ambulance service for basic or advanced life support services. (2) This section shall not preclude or limit the filing of civil litigation in a court of appropriate jurisdiction. Effective: July 15, 1998 <br>History: Created 1998 Ky.
