216A.090 Renewal of license. Every holder of a nursing home administrator's license shall renew his license biennially <br>by making application to the board on forms provided therefor. The board may refuse to <br>renew any license for failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter or the rules and <br>regulations promulgated under this chapter, including continuing education requirements.
