216A.060 Officers -- Meetings -- Quorum -- Technical advisory committees -- Compensation.

216A.060 Officers -- Meetings -- Quorum -- Technical advisory committees -- Compensation. (1) The board shall elect annually from its membership a chairman and vice chairman. The board shall hold two (2) or more meetings each year. At any meeting a majority <br>shall constitute a quorum. The board may procure specialized consultation through <br>the formation of such technical advisory committees as it may deem necessary in <br>the execution of its responsibilities. (2) Members of the board shall receive per diem compensation to be established by the secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet. This compensation shall not <br>exceed fifty dollars (&#36;50) per day. Members shall be reimbursed for actual and <br>necessary expenses. Effective: June 17, 1978 <br>History: Amended 1978 Ky.
