(1) Any personal services agency that provides services without receiving certification pursuant to KRS 216.712 may be fined up to five hundred dollars ($500) per day. (2) Any business that markets its services as a personal services agency without receiving certification pursuant to KRS 216.712 may be fined up to five hundred <br>dollars ($500) per day.
