As used in KRS 216.300 to 216.308, unless the context otherwise requires: <br>(1) "Licensed health care professional" means a physician and surgeon, podiatrist, osteopath, osteopathic physician and surgeon, physician assistant, nurse, dentist, or <br>pharmacist.
