214.280 Regulation of mattresses -- &quot;Mattress&quot; defined. As used in KRS 214.290 to 214.310, &quot;mattress&quot; means any mattress, mattress pad or <br>cushion, stuffed or filled with cotton, wool, hair, upholstered spring, or other soft <br>material, to be used on a couch or other bed for sleeping or reclining purposes.
