212.780 Definitions for KRS 212.780 to 212.794. As used in KRS 212.780 to 212.794 the following definitions shall apply: <br>(1) &quot;Board&quot; means independent district board of health as created in KRS 212.780 to 212.794; (2) &quot;Cabinet&quot; means Cabinet for Health and Family Services; <br>(3) &quot;County board of health&quot; means a local board of health as defined by KRS 212.640 or 212.020; (4) &quot;Department&quot; means independent district department of health created in KRS 212.780 to 212.794; (5) &quot;Director&quot; means the district director of health; <br>(6) &quot;District board of health&quot; means the district board of health as established pursuant to KRS 212.810 to 212.930; (7) &quot;District department of health&quot; means the district department of health as established pursuant to KRS 212.810 to 212.930; (8) &quot;Independent district board of health&quot; means the independent district board of health as created in KRS 212.780 to 212.794; (9) &quot;Judge/executive&quot; means the county judge/executive of any county fiscal court as defined in KRS 67.700 to 67.710; and (10) &quot;Metropolitan statistical area&quot; (MSA) means metropolitan statistical area as defined by the United States Bureau of the Census, United States Department of Commerce.
