212.637 Indebtedness.

The board shall not incur nor permit the incurrence of any indebtedness, in any manner or <br>for any purpose, in an amount exceeding, in any fiscal year of the board, the income and <br>revenue provided for the year through the appropriation provided for in KRS 212.639 or <br>under any other provision of KRS 212.626 to 212.639 and funds derived from any other <br>sources, without the assent of the voters in the county, voting at an election called and <br>held for that purpose.
