212.560 Current borrowing. The board shall have the power to borrow money on its own credit in anticipation of the <br>revenue to be derived from appropriations provided for herein or of funds to be derived <br>from other sources during the fiscal year in which the same is borrowed; and for such <br>purpose the board may pledge said appropriations and funds, the collection and payment <br>of which is anticipated during such year.
