212.530 Transfer of funds of former health agencies. Immediately following the qualification of the members and the organization of the board <br>and the election of the director of health as herein provided for, the city, county, and <br>board of tuberculosis hospital shall each turn over to the board for its sole use and benefit <br>under KRS 212.350 to 212.620 all unexpended and unencumbered taxes and moneys <br>which have been collected under any levy, budget or appropriation previously thereto <br>made for the respective health departments of the city and the county and the board of <br>tuberculosis hospital; and thereafter the said city and county shall likewise pay over to <br>said board all moneys which may be collected by said city and county on tax levies made <br>and set up in their respective budgets or appropriations for said city health department, <br>county health department and board of tuberculosis hospital prior to such time as said <br>board is organized and takes over its duties as in KRS 212.350 to 212.620 provided for.
