211.982 Use of fees. All money paid to the State Treasurer for licenses and fees required by KRS 211.972 to <br>211.980 and regulations promulgated pursuant to KRS Chapter 13A shall be for the sole <br>use of the cabinet and shall be in addition to any moneys appropriated by the General <br>Assembly for the use of the cabinet.
