211.904 Educational programs. The secretary shall establish an educational program to inform parents, teachers, <br>personnel of human resource agencies, owners of dwellings and dwelling units, health <br>service personnel and the general public, of the dangers, frequency, and sources of lead <br>poisoning and the methods of preventing such poisoning.
