211.380 Permit for approved on-site sewage disposal system other than a septic tank. If a proposed site fails to meet the criteria established by the cabinet for a septic tank <br>system, a permit shall be granted for an approved on-site sewage disposal system other <br>than a septic tank, including modified subsurface systems, mechanical systems, and any <br>other system appropriate to the individual characteristics of the site which will provide <br>sewage treatment that meets established water quality criteria and health standards.
