211.240 Duties of Attorney General, county, and Commonwealth's attorneys. County, Commonwealth's attorneys, and the Attorney General, shall, within their <br>respective jurisdictions, prosecute all violations of the penal provisions of the public <br>health laws of this Commonwealth.
