210.730 Exemption from liability.

210.730 Exemption from liability. The following shall be exempt from liability for patient's board, maintenance and <br>treatment charges: <br>(1) Any parents' liability for charges for board, maintenance and treatment at facilities operated or utilized by the cabinet that exceed the cost of caring for a normal child <br>at home as determined from standard sources by the cabinet; (2) Any parents' liability after the patient has attained the age of eighteen (18); <br>(3) A homestead.
