210.190 Utilizing services of workers of other cabinets -- Expenses. The secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services may utilize the services of <br>the workers of the other cabinets, when authorized by the agency heads of these cabinets. <br>The secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services may authorize payment of <br>the actual traveling expenses of the workers so utilized.
