210.170 Authority to accept and use grants, gifts, bequests, and devises. The Cabinet for Health and Family Services may accept money from the federal <br>government, or any of its agencies, under any grant agreement entered into by this state or <br>by the cabinet. Such money may be expended for capital outlay in accordance with the <br>provisions of KRS 56.440 to 56.550. The cabinet also may accept grants, gifts, bequests, <br>or devises from public or private sources, and use the same for any purpose within the <br>scope of the functions of the cabinet, consistent with the terms of the grant, gift, bequest, <br>or devise.
