210.100 Exemption of institutional officers and employees from personal attendance as witness. No officer or employee of any institution operated by the Cabinet for Health and Family <br>Services shall be required to give personal attendance as a witness in any civil suit out of <br>the county in which the institution is located, but his deposition shall be taken in lieu <br>thereof.
