210.090 Partisan political activity prohibited. Neither the commissioner of the Department for Mental Health and Mental Retardation of <br>the Cabinet for Health and Family Services nor his deputy nor any superintendent or <br>director of an institution of the Department for Mental Health and Mental Retardation <br>shall be permitted to engage in any partisan political activity.
