209.410 Definitions.

209.410 Definitions. As used in KRS 209.400 and 209.420, unless the context otherwise requires: <br>(1) &quot;Physically disabled adult&quot; means a person, eighteen (18) years of age or older, with a physical condition, whether congenital or acquired, which constitutes a substantial <br>disability to that person and is demonstrable by medically accepted clinical or <br>laboratory diagnostic techniques. (2) &quot;Senior citizen&quot; means a person sixty (60) years of age or older; <br>(3) &quot;Statewide senior and physically disabled adult discount program&quot; means a program to provide senior and physically disabled adults discounts on retail goods and <br>services from merchants throughout the state.
