206.140 Return of pensioner to state -- Restoration of pension. Any person entitled to a pension under the provisions of this chapter, who forfeits it by <br>taking up his residence in another state, may have the pension restored to him by making <br>application to the cabinet, if he returns to the state in good faith to take up his actual <br>residence.
