206.120 Pensioner to furnish annual certificate. Once each year every pensioner shall furnish, in addition to the usual voucher, a <br>certificate from the county judge/executive of the county where he resides, to the effect <br>that the holder of the pension certificate is the person to whom it was issued and that to <br>the best of his knowledge or belief there has occurred no changes in the financial <br>condition which would render the pensioner ineligible to receive a pension.
