205.910 Eligibility standard -- Subsidy not income for federal law purposes -- Supplements other programs. (1) The cabinet shall establish by regulation an eligibility standard which takes into consideration the unique economic and social needs of severely physically disabled <br>adults. (2) The subsidy shall not be considered income for any purpose to the extent permitted by federal law and regulation.
