(1) Within thirty (30) days of April 2, 1998, the Governor shall appoint a seven (7) member advisory council to the Kentucky Children's Health Insurance Program to <br>make recommendations on the implementation of KRS 205.6481 to 205.6495 and <br>KRS 304.17A-340. The appointed members shall serve at the pleasure of the <br>Governor and shall be representative of health care providers, families with children <br>eligible for services under KRS 205.6481 to 205.6495 and KRS 304.17A-340, and <br>child advocacy groups. (2) Staff services for the advisory council shall be provided by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. Effective: June 20, 2005 <br>History: Amended 2005 Ky.
