202B.290 Respite care. Upon recommendation or approval of the interdisciplinary team of an ICF/MR, a <br>physician may admit for respite care a mentally retarded person. Respite care provided to <br>any mentally retarded person under this section shall not exceed a total of thirty (30) days <br>in any calendar year.
