202B.190 Disclosure of professional communications. In proceedings under this chapter, there shall be no privilege as to any relevant <br>communications between qualified mental retardation professionals and patients. <br>Qualified mental retardation professionals may disclose communications relating to <br>diagnosis and treatment of the patient's mental condition.
