The department shall provide the board with: <br>(1) Clerical or other assistants, including investigators, necessary for the proper performance of the board's duties; (2) A place to hold board meetings and hearings; and <br>(3) Office equipment and office space for board records, staff, and other effects necessary to carry out the requirements of KRS 198B.700 to 198B.738.
