(July 1, 2011) The standards to be utilized in the inspection of sprinkler systems shall be the standards <br>set forth in the National Fire Protection Association's Article 25: Standard for the <br>Inspection, Testing and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems and is the <br>edition prescribed by the commissioner or other national standard as approved by the <br>commissioner. Effective: July 1, 2011 <br>History: Created 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 116, sec. 35, effective July 1, 2011. <br>Legislative Research Commission Note (7/1/2011). References to the "executive director" of housing, buildings and construction in this section, as created by 2010 <br>Ky. Acts ch. 116, sec. 35, have been changed in codification to the "commissioner" <br>of housing, buildings and construction to reflect the reorganization of certain parts of <br>the Executive Branch, a as set forth in Executive Order 2009-535 and confirmed by <br>the General Assembly in 2010 Ky.
