198B.440 Suspension or revocation of certificates. A certificate to serve as an inspector issued under KRS 198B.410 may be suspended or <br>revoked by the department for the incompetence or untrustworthiness of the holder <br>thereof, or for the falsification of any matter or statement contained in his or her <br>application or in a report of any inspection.
