<![CDATA[ Page 1 of 1 198B.4007 Committee to meet at least quarterly -- Special meetings. (Effective July 1, 2011) (1) The committee shall first meet and organize within ten (10) days after the appointment of its initial members. (2) The committee shall meet at least quarterly for the purpose of considering matters relating to elevators and fixed guideway systems and when necessary to make <br>recommendations to the department on administrative regulations, appeals, and <br>other relevant business. Special meetings may be called in accordance with KRS <br>61.823. Effective: July 1, 2011 <br>History: Created 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 116, sec. 3, effective July 1, 2011. <br>Legislative Research Commission Note (7/1/2011). A reference to the "office" of housing, buildings and construction in this section, as created by 2010 Ky. Acts <br>ch. 116, sec. 3, has been changed in codification to the "department" of housing, <br>buildings and construction to reflect the reorganization of certain parts of the <br>Executive Branch, as set forth in Executive Order 2009-535 and confirmed by the <br>General Assembly in 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 24. This change was made by the Reviser of <br>Statutes pursuant to 2010 Ky. Acts. ch. 24, sec. 1938. ]]>
