198B.280 Exemption for temporary change. Any proposed change of occupancy to a more restrictive classification, for temporary <br>purposes only, shall not be required to comply with this chapter if prior approval for such <br>use is obtained pursuant to KRS 227.300 and the regulations adopted thereunder.
