198A.067 Ordinance required for financing for certain multifamily housing. Before the corporation provides financing for construction of multifamily housing of <br>twelve (12) units or more, an ordinance must be enacted by the fiscal court, city, <br>consolidated local government, or urban-county government in whose territorial limits the <br>construction is to occur.
