198A.015 Kentucky Housing Corporation's status as a de jure political subdivision. The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky hereby finds and determines <br>that in order to comply with technical income tax rules and regulations proposed to be <br>adopted by the Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, with regard to the <br>issuance of securities by states and political subdivisions thereof, it is appropriate and <br>proper that the Kentucky Housing Corporation's status as a de jure political subdivision of <br>the Commonwealth of Kentucky be confirmed by adoption of appropriate clarifying <br>amendments to the Kentucky Revised Statutes.
