196.075 Probation and parole functions. The department, under the direction of the commissioner, shall exercise the functions <br>vested in the department relating to probation and parole. The commissioner shall <br>promulgate administrative regulations governing parolees and shall have the same powers <br>of arrest as probation and parole officers.
