Any person who violates any of the provisions of KRS 186.695 shall be guilty of a <br>misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding <br>five hundred dollars ($500) or be imprisoned for a term not to exceed six (6) months, or <br>both.
