Included within the application for a license to engage in business within this state as a <br>manufacturer of motor vehicles must be a schedule specifying the compensation to be <br>paid the manufacturer's dealers for parts, work and service in connection with warranty <br>service and repairs which shall include compensation for diagnostic work, as well as <br>repair service and labor.
