190.020 Commission to issue licenses and supervise licensees. The commission shall, under administrative regulations promulgated by it, issue the <br>licenses provided for by KRS 190.010 to 190.080 and shall have supervision over the <br>licensees thereunder in respect to all the provisions of KRS 190.010 to 190.080.
