189A.130 Assessment of fines -- Response to nonpayment. Fines levied pursuant to this chapter shall be assessed in the manner required by KRS <br>534.020 (but in amounts consistent with this chapter) and the response to nonpayment of <br>fines shall be governed by KRS 534.060.
