189.590 Coroners to report deaths. Every coroner or other official performing a coroner's functions shall, on or before the <br>tenth day of each month, report in writing to the State Police the death of any person <br>occurring within his county during the preceding calendar month as the result of an <br>accident involving a motor vehicle, and the circumstances of the accident.
