Any person who violates, or causes, aids, or abets any violation of KRS 186.052, <br>186.053, 186.281 and 186.286 or of any order, rule, or regulation lawfully issued <br>pursuant thereto, shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) nor more than two <br>hundred dollars ($200) or imprisoned for not more than thirty (30) days, or both.
