Immediately upon July 15, 1994, every circuit clerk shall post a permanent notice that the <br>four dollar (&#36;4) increase in the fee for an instruction permit, four dollar (&#36;4) increase in <br>the fee for a duplicate license, and the ten dollar (&#36;10) increase in the fee for a license <br>reinstatement were requested by the Kentucky Circuit Clerks Association. The notice <br>shall be printed in bold face type of sufficient point size to be read from a distance of at <br>least three (3) feet. The notice shall be posted in a conspicuous place to ensure that every <br>person who enters the circuit clerk's office will readily see the notice.
